Physiotherapy for adults

Our adult physiotherapy sessions aim at restoring or improving the customer’s ability to function in relation to the demands of everyday life. The goal may be to restore the ability to work or rehabilitate injuries that limit hobbies or leisure activities. Importance is placed here on finding a goal that is meaningful for the customer themself and which they can have in mind when working with the therapist and training independently.

The customer’s need for therapy may be related to rehabilitation after surgery or a sudden trauma, or a sensory or physical disability. The rehabilitation process may be long and continue for several years, or it may involve a consultation and only a few appointments. Every approach to rehabilitation is different, as reflected in the selection of suitable methods and equipment as well as the use of research materials in order to achieve the best end result possible. Physiotherapy can be conducted at one of our facilities or in the customer’s everyday environment (at home, work, a place of study, or at a gym, for instance).
